[Bug 1677538] [NEW] drop down box in "new events" for time too small

Public bug reported:

This is a daft bug but on my computer if I add a new event in korgnaizer
I get drop down boxes for start and end times but these are too small to
hold the times so all I see is:

0...5
0...0
0...5
0...0

etc etc

instead of

07:30
07:45
08:00
08:15

I can resize the window but it doesn't help.
