[Bug 1730215] [NEW] "Slight RGB hinting" is not the default font selection in Kubuntu 17.10

The default font selection/settings in Kubuntu 17.10 is not "Slight RGB
hinting" as it is in Ubuntu 17.10 (or a non-KDE-based Ubuntu). This font
setting looks far superior and should be the default.
