[Bug 1733144] [NEW] Powerdevil profiles configuration is too tall.

The powerdevil profiles configuration dialog assumes a very tall screen.
My screen, at 768 pixels tall, cannot display the whole dialog. A
screenshot is attached.

This is on Kubuntu 17.04 with powerdevil 4:5.9.5-0ubuntu0.1.
