[Bug 1716202] [NEW] Fix racy autopkgtests on i386 or disable them

kwin autopkgtests are apparently racy on i386, because they either time
out or pass:

http://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/packages/k/kwin/artful/i386

so either disable them on i386 or better yet, fix them.
