[Bug 1766324] [NEW] Okular reopening a file

Hello,

This is an enhancement request. When reopening a file that is already
opened Okular opens a new tab and goes to the first page of the
document. The default behavior should be:

Refresh the existing tab without changing the page.

This makes Okular inconvenient to use as a viewer app of Pdf creating/editing tools, such as texstudio, lyx, etc... 
I prefer Okular but had to use Evince because of this.
