Description:	Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
Release:	18.04
GNOME:          3.28.1

2)
$ apt-cache policy pkgname
N: Unable to locate package pkgname

3)
when i double click php file i want to open this file in atom editor or sublime

4)
when i double click php file, this file open in browser and file download popup in open.
