[Bug 1781518] [NEW] Dragging and drop a file existing in the Trash folder to same Trash folder crashes Plasma

In Dolphin, drag a file in the Trash folder area, and drop in the Trash
folder area. The Plasma crashes, sometimes hiding panels and showing
only windows until the logout from the system (Kubuntu 18.04).
