[Bug 1769381] [NEW] Dolphin doesn't display available resources in network

Dolphin - 4:17.12.3-0ubuntu1
libsmbclient - 2:4.7.6+dfsg

In Dolphin resources of network and even the shared local folders aren't shown.
If to enter the address smb://192.168.8.1/Shara that it is possible to get access
