[Bug 1637878] Re: Network Manager does not show VLANs

@Brandon / #15 - indeed I can check "Show virtual connections" (the 'and
configure'-part seems to be missing), but after that there's still no
sign of any VPN settings in the System Settings Module. Perhaps I'm
missing something?
