I'm on Ubuntu 18.04 and I see the following error.
pyuic4 -x untitled.ui -o
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/pyuic4", line 3, in <module>
    import PyQt4.uic.pyuic
ImportError: No module named PyQt4.uic.pyuic

Which version of python 2.7 do we need?
