It seems last version of kde environment solves mainly the problem.

i saved the list of feeds
i deleted all data about akregator:

~/.config/akregatorrc
~/.local/akregator/

i launched akregator and restored feeds and settings.

Since this time no more date problem even in case of a kontact crash or
an akregator crash.

It remains: for a few feeds sometime some fields are blank.
