I'm using Kubuntu 20.04

I've found out that global hotkey combination CTRL+T does not work in
some applications where it should.

Dolphin - should open new tab but it does not
Firefox - should open new tab but it does not. 

First I've thought that many there is something in firefox package. But
even from binaries downloaded from firefox website Ctrl+T was not work.

This is not KDE behavior at least for 18.04 or Debian buster where
CTRL+T does work.
