[Bug 1944761] [NEW] plasmashell crashed with SIGSEGV in QThreadStorageData::get() - crashed after going to endless loop and issuing "plasmashell --replace"

Public bug reported:

well, i do not know what exactly happened this time,
but in the recent days plasmashell seemed to enter a long or endless loop after some time of high system load. this leads to sluggish reaction to mouse clicks (1-2s delay after clicking a different window until it is put to front).

"plasmashell --replace" usually fixes that.

this time the runaway plasmashell also crashed after issuing the
replace-command.
