This bug report says that this is fixed in KDE Plasma Framework 5.93.  I
am running Ubuntu Studio 22.04.1 LTS with KDE Plasma 5.24.6 and
Framework 5.95, but this error appears when I try to download a new
"Login Screen (SDDM)" by clicking "Get New SDDM Themes..." (in "System
Settings" under "Startup and Shutdown").
