[Bug 2077164] [NEW] [oracular] libkf5wallet-bin is not co-installable with kwallet6

The kwallet6 package has landed in Oracular, but it has two files that
conflict with libkf5wallet-bin:

/usr/bin/kwallet-query
/usr/share/dbus-1/services/org.kde.kwalletd5.service

This has been fixed in Debian experimental version 5.115.0-3~exp1, which
disabled installation of these two files for kwallet-kf5:

I assume this changes should be merged into Ubuntu as well. For my
personal Oracular installation, I've added local dpkg diverts as a
workaround.
