Public bug reported:

KDE dolphin can't login into smb server if no username:password provided(not poping up a window to enter crendentials but showing an error says file does not exist) due to an upstream update.
KDE developers had updated kio-extras to workaround this bug.
Bugfix has been merged to v24.01.90-kf5 v24.01.85 v24.01.80 v24.01.80-kf5 v24.01.75 v23.08.4 v23.08.3 v23.08.2 v23.08.1 v23.08.0 v23.07.90 v23.07.80 v23.04.3 v23.04.2 v23.04.1 v23.04.0 v23.03.90 v23.03.80 v22.12.3 v22.12.2 v22.12.1 v22.12.0 v22.11.90 v22.11.80.
But ubuntu 22.04.3 has kio-extras-4:21.12.3-0ubuntu1, which is not covered.
Maybe backporting is need?
