[Bug 2072149] [NEW] Kubuntu logo in System Settings has a white background where it should be transparent

Steps to reproduce:

1: Ensure you are using Kubuntu 24.04 or 24.10.
2: Open System Settings.
3: In the left sidebar, scroll to the bottom and click "About this System".

Expected result: The Kubuntu logo should have a transparent background.

Actual result: The Kubuntu logo is on a solid-white background that
looks out of place.
