As a workaround,
https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1088564#c7 worked for me:

> mkdir -p ~/.config/plasma-workspace/env/ksshagt.sh
> vim ~/.config/plasma-workspace/env/ksshagt.sh
> 
> if [ -z "$SSH_AUTH_SOCK" ] ; then
>     eval `ssh-agent -s`
> fi

And then after logging in, a simple `ssh-add` makes you insert the
passphrase once and you're good to go.
