[Bug 2065063] [NEW] SRu: Fix missing qml runtime

[ Impact ]

 * Crashes on start.

 * Adding missing qml modules allows the program to run.


[ Test Plan ]

 * Install package and try to run, it will complain about missing qml and crash.
 * these should allow someone who is not familiar with the affected

[ Where problems could occur ]

 * This package simply adds existing qml module packages to runtime
dependencies to enable it to run and will have no impact on other
packages.

[ Other Info ]
 
 * This is necessary to run the program. Closes (LP: #2063936)
