So to be clear, what version and from what source is not supporting
MySql?

- 8.4.0 via apt/deb? (Note 8.4.0 is not in the Ubuntu archive for 24.04 so would have to be from somewhere else)
- 8.4.0 via snap?
- 8.2.0 (version 4:8.2.0-0ubuntu6.2) via apt from 24.04 archive?
