[Bug 2081132] [NEW] filelight crashes on scanning of home dir

Ubuntu has an old package with a bug described here:

We have version 23.08.5 and we need 23.08.5-r1 which has the fix. I get
the same error described in the linked issue and this impacts everyone
on Oracular.
