[Bug 2102238] [NEW] FTBFS due to build-dep on libqt5webkit-dev

Public bug reported:

libqt5webkit-dev has been removed from the archive in bug 2100639,
making umbrello FTBFS.

Looking over in the Debian side, it seems that build-dependency might
not be needed anymore, which is comforted by the fact that there is no
runtime dependency on libqt5webkit5.
