[Bug 2105435] [NEW] libkpim5mailtransport-data conflict for plucky upgrade

I'm using Kubuntu 24.10 and I have kmail installed. Upgrading to plucky
beta failes because of a conflict with the libkpim5mailtransport-data
and the libkpim6mailtransport-data package, which share a common file.
