[Bug 2110574] [NEW] [needs packaging] aurorae from KDE for Plasma 6.4 Beta release

Description: aurorae is themeable window decoration for the KDE Kwin
window manager. This was previously part of the main KWin source, but
from the Beta of the Plasma 6.4 release this has been split out into its
own upstream git repository and release tarball.

Therefore we need to package this as a new source. Debian will not be
able to do this before they unfreeze after trixie is released. However,
we will submit our packaging to the Debian KDE team salsa repos where a
repo is ready. I (Rik Mills) have commit access to do this.
