This bug was fixed in the package libkubuntu - 26.04ubuntu1

  * Port to KDE Frameworks 6 / Qt 6 (LP: #2145946)
  * Port from QApt to PackageKit
    - QApt is stuck in the land of Qt5 so this avoids feature creep.
