deleting or redirecting a page on the wiki

I'm trying to figure out the point of
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kubuntu/packages/InProgress is?  There isn't a page
https://wiki.kubuntu.com/Kubuntu/packages so I'm wondering if this page can
be deleted?  The other thought is that it would be redirected to the page
that references how packages are being built for edgy and then updated for
each release?
