problems updating Feisty Herd 2

Good morning,

I noticed there was a bug already about problems w/ using Adept to keep
Feisty up to date, but now I'm getting error messages through using
apt-get dist-upgrade

Preconfiguring packages ...

.../adept-common_2.1.2ubuntu9_all.deb) ...
