libgphoto2 2.4.0 package for testing

Camera: Canon PowerShot A70
SW: gthumb 3:2.10.6-0ubuntu1

Works great here.

However, this is quite a big version jump. In the FF exception
request, please make sure to link to a detailled upstream changelog,
and check whether the new version breaks any ABI/API.
