mplayerthumbs licencing

Hi, I'm packaging mplayerthumbs for Kubuntu.  The licencing is a bit
confused.  The files are LGPL 2.1 except for
src/configuration/mplayerthumbscfg.cpp/.h which are "GPL 2.1" which
doesn't exist.  The copying file is GPL.

To fix this I'd like to make the "GPL 2.1" files LGPL 2.1 and change
the GPL COPYING file to a LGPL COPYING.LIB file

Is that ok?
