seed changes in quantal

I understand that libreoffice and openoffice are still easily installable.
But the push to default to something that doesn't support ms.office isn't
good.  Add me to the list of thinking its not a good idea. I read sometime
ago that those working on calligra had no interest in adding support for
msoffice. I think this will lead to a lot of first time installs losing
favor quickly, especially for students and office workers.
