Hi Mitch

Yes this will be different, as it is the Alpha builds for Vivid, which is the April 2015 release. The plan is that release will be using Plasma 5 by default.
Testing this would be really useful for us, thank you.
Perhaps you might want to take a look at TestDrive in the Muon software center, that will enable you to pull in the latest builds and test them.
