show desktop vs. show dashboard vs. milou

during the munich sprint we took a look at milou [1] a baloo (semantic
search mumbo jumbo) based plasmoid thing that aims to provide similar
behavior to apple's spotlight. simply put it's a desktop
search/launcher combo that resides in one's panel.

since our panel however is already pretty full, it was suggested to
replace 'show desktop' with milou.

two not necessarily related main questions arose meanwhile:
do we want milou?
  if so, what do we kick out in favor of milou? (technically it
replaces krunner...)
do we want to replace 'show desktop' with 'show dashboard'?

for my thoughts on both and some background please have a look at the
trello card.
