akonadi-backend-mysql broken by Xenial mysql-server-5.7 update.

My akonadi configuration was broken by Xenial mysql update to server-5.7.
Removing innodb_additional_mem_pool_size=1M from the
.local/share/akonadi/mysql.conf solved the problem! This option is still
present in the global default /etc/akonadi/mysql-global.conf and should be
removed.

Best regards,
Martin
