Point taken. So, how about this -- on the Release Management doc here:

I listed the social accounts I know about. Anyone here access to those
accounts, please add your name to the accounts to which you can post.
Let's find to at least two or three people for each account.

Or copy this list to a KDE Promo team page and put the team members there. As
long as we have a list *somewhere* of who has access to what, and none
of them are "owned" by one person only.
