Hdb not mounted or recognized.

[Cougar]

I just found out that my hdb drive is not mounted or recognized. Can someone 
steer me to how to have it recognized and auto mounted upon boot. Also to 
show in Konq file browser. When I look for it there, I get an error message 
that says "Protocol not supported"
