There isn't one; Ubuntu uses sudo. For any command you want to do with root
privileges just add "sudo" in front. i.e. sudo cp <location1> <location2>
...it's pretty similar to the normal Linux "su -c" option.
If you want to start a root shell, so you don't have to type "sudo" every time
you can type "sudo -s".
