Missing Shutdown and Reboot on Kubuntu. Installed from ubuntu.

I changed the AllowShutdown=All and did a Ctrl-Alt-backspace to restart 
X.  I also tried a /etc/init.d/kdm stop and start.  The kdmrc file was 
in the /etc/kde3/kdm directory.

Any other thoughts.
