ISDN dialup graphical and non root

Hi.

I installed kubuntu 5.04.
I successfully set up my ISDN Fritz Card PCI.
pon and poff works.

Now i search for a graphical tool with which
non-root users can use the dialup.

I tried kppp but i don't know how to use it with ISDN.

I created a link on the desktop that calls pon. That
works but the mouse pointer doesn't change back to only a
pointer. A jumping icon stays as long as pon is running.
A '&' after the pon, in the icon's settings, did'nt solve this.
A link on the desktop that calls pon is not really good. It can't
be used to close the connection.

Does anyone have an idea?
