How does one configure for bluetooth and VoIP? Would like to utilize and bluetooth headset and VoIP provider at wifi home and hotspots in lieu of cell phone. Located in US Have a Panasonic Toughbook CF-51 notebook with Kubuntu installed (works great !!!). Raymond
