Hi Daniel,

Pull the 'us' off the location, so:
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/libw/libwmf/libwmf0.2-7_0.2.8-1.1_amd64.deb

For whatever reason, the US servers are kind of flaky.  Worked for me
anyway.  Hope this helps.
