newbie help?

I didn't see my questions in the archives, but I'm sorry if they've already 
been answered.

1. I'm having problems installing Mozilla in my new kubuntu machine.  I'm 
using kynaptic, which handles most updates perfectly, but whenever I try and 
install Mozilla or Firefox, I get a "Some of the packages could not be 
retrieved from the server(s)" error.  The repositories I have enabled are:

deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu hoary main restricted
deb-src http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu hoary main restricted
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu hoary-updates main restricted
deb-src http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu hoary-updates main restricted
deb http://kubuntu.org/hoary-kde341 hoary-updates main

2. I'd like to use an icewm window decoration in KDE, and I have icewm 
installed, but Kcontrol doesn't give me the option to use it.  That is, when 
I go to Control Center | Appearance & Themes | Window Decorations, there's no 
IceWM option in the drop-down menu.  How can I fix this?

Aside from these two irritations, I'm loving my new Kubuntu install.  Any help 
would be really great.
