KDE Control Center - add language

Hello,

I've installed Kubuntu 5.4/5.04(?)  on my computer. Installation went
fine!

After login I've switched in
control center
-> Regional & Accessibility
-> Country/Region & Langugage
-> Country
to Germany.
Under the add language button there only appears US-English.

What do I have to do to choose German?
