Well, no.  As I said, if I run kgpg, I couldn't find a way to get it back
into the sytem tray.  Finally I got semi-smart and right-clicked on the
system tray, "Configure System tray" and discovered that KGpg was marked as
a hidden icon (oh right, I did that back when I wasn't using it...)
