[kubuntu-users] GPGME was compiled without support for openpgp?

I've just managed to upgrade after numerous attempts with apt-get and
then I read the docs and found that you could do it with Synaptic just
by changing the repositories screen. Wonderful, no real problems and
when there is a glitch you have another go and gradually everything gets
fixed. I've not found a single non-functioning package as yet (touching
wood). Cheers, Derek
