Following on from Derek, mine works fine as well.

However, I am still using Hoary and the list of stations appears limited.
When I chosen Configure KWeather, then Weather Service, I get a list of 
available stations. These are all cities and not ICAO codes.
For example Canada, Ontario has just one listing for Totonto.

Looking at /usr/share/apps/kweatherservice I find the stations.dat file lists 

CYKZ  Toronto Buttonville
CYTZ  Toronto Island Airport
CYYZ  Toronto Pearson Int'L

First Toronto Downsview at CYZD appears to be missing, but I guess I could 
always add that in to the file if required.

(I am using Toronto as an example because the original poster mentioned it.)

What I want to know is how to chose between the stations?

The older version of KWeather let you enter the ICAO codes. Does Breezy let 
you do this?
