The problem here is that all installed packages are listed, even the orphan 
ones. I would advise to at least remove all the libs - since they will always 
be reinstalled as needed - and also give a quick glance to be sure old/unused 
things won't be reinstalled.

Note that aptitude handles an additional flag for each package (compared to 
dpkg) which says whether the package was installed as a dependency. I really 
like this.
