Help! CUPS in Kubuntu is driving me crazy

I also came from the MDV about 6 months ago, and I am still having problems 
with my Epson C80 that refuses to configure.

Blood, nails, spittle, and venom, nothing seems to get it to print. Shame on 
you Debian print gurus!!!!

An Epson C80 is easily autodetected in the RH lineage.
