ATI fglrx driver and shutting down

Hi all,

I've installed the ATI fglrx driver on my Acer Aspire 1694WLMi laptop using 
the instructions proviided on the following webpage;

(Using the ATI Mobility Radeon X600 graphical card)
Now 3d support should be better than before.

Everything seems to work except one thing...
The laptop doesn't shutdow anymore;
When shutting down the screens comes black but the system doesn't stop.

Any ideas?
