Bookmark toolbar in Konqueror

Save a custom profile and then start kfmclient openProfile <custom-profile>
and it works every time here.

You can also do konqueror --profile <custom-profile> and it will work.

I have a profile of let's say 'everyday' that I use.  I just start it with
this:

kfmclient openProfile everyday

And my bookmarks toolbar is always present on startup.
