Or just export IE bookmarks to bookmark.htm file, then go to your
mozilla-firefox folder, copy your bookmark.htm file and rename to
bookmarks.html.

I havent had luck importing my address book to evolution. Thunderbird
removes the "middle name" field and i dont like that. In kontact you can
export your address book to csv file in outlook or Outlook express and
then import
To save all mail it might be a good idea to install thunderbird in
windows and import, then move everything to linux. Windows thunderbird
has a dll to import mail and addresses.
